Chris has over 30 years of experience working in IT, engineering and telecoms businesses.

Between 1998 and 2007, he was Head of Continental Europe at Cable & Wireless. He then held the position of Country Manager for France and Benelux at HCL for 5 years. From 2013 to 2020, he was Vice President and Regional Director of LTIMindtree.

From March 2022 to June 2024, Chris worked at Boldyn Networks, where he was responsible for business development in France.

He spent nearly 10 years at Cable & Wireless between 1998 & 2007, ultimately with responsibility for continental Europe as Head of Europe.

Most recently Chris worked with Boldyn Networks, responsible for its development in France. Chris graduated in Economics from the University of Sussex, lives in Paris, and is married with 3 children.

Chris Connors, 57 years old, joined the Randstad Digital group on July 8, 2024, as Managing Director for France, replacing Laurent Gade appointed Executive Client Partner for the AADM sector in Europe (Automotive, Aerospace, Defense & Manufacturing. Chris takes charge of the Group's largest subsidiary, with over 2,500 employees and 17 sites throughout France. His mission is to reinforce Randstad Digital France's leadership in its areas of expertise: consulting, digital and engineering.

Chris will lead the French business and work with the extended teams as we support the digital journey of our customers with talent enablement, managed talent solutions and leverage our digital talent centers for serving customer needs.
